First Meeting of the Year
The team loved meeting all of the new members at last Friday's introductory meeting. New recruits got an overview of what we do here at Hornet Racing and also got the chance of talking to System Leads and start finding their future system. Looking forward to another awesome year of race car!
Carbon 3D Tour
Thank you to our wonderful sponsor Carbon for having us at their headquarters to show off HR2017. Carbon has 3D printed our intake manifold and our pneumatic gear shifters using their DLS technology and have been a huge help to us this year. Competition Recap!
We did better this year as a team than we ever have and we are so happy with the way this year's car performed and how this year's competition went. We were the fastest non aero car out there and this year we have in every way improved from years past. Thank you so much to all of our sponsors, we would not have been here without you and we appreciate everything you do for us. Thank you so much to our family, friends, and alumni who have been watching our progress and giving us their support and encouragement whether it be online or in person. We are incredibly grateful to have such an amazing team with such an incredible support system. Thank you everyone.

Intake Manifold
Our 3D Printed intake manifold was made by our latest sponsor, Carbon 3D, using their C.L.I.P. (Continuous Liquid Interface Production) process. This process reduced our manufacturing time from one week to one day. Big thanks to them, it looks amazing!
Alumni Review Day
Thank you to all of our Alumni who attended our annual Alumni Review day. This was a great opportunity for the team to go over this year's progress and do some mock judging evaluations on individual systems.
