Jon Oakleaf  Marketing

Jon is a mechanical engineering major in his senior year. His work experience includes multiple student teaching assistant positions, most recently for the college of Engineering and Computer Sciences at CSU Sacramento. His interests include welding technology and internal combustion engines. This is his third year on the team.

 

 

 

 

Stephanie Palmer Marketing

Stephanie is a mechanical engineering major in her senior year.  Her work experience includes internships at Military Aircraft Parts and Barrier Systems Inc. Her interests include test automation and development, data acquisition.  This is her third year on the team.

 

 

Eric BrummerEric Brummer  Master Scheduler

Eric is a graduate students working towards a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has always enjoyed taking things apart and figuring out how they work (and sometimes putting them back together.) He has a strong interest in manufacturing and control systems. This is his second year on the team.

 

 

 

Lydia Palma

Lydia Palma  Accountant

Lydia is a senior in the mechanical engineering program, expected to graduate in Spring 2012. She previously studied applied mathematics and business administration at Bemidji State University. She became interested in engineering while taking physics and computer classes to complete her math degree. She has been active in Concrete Canoe and Tau Beta Pi. This is her first year on the team.

Nick Marchiano Suspension Lead

Nick is a mechanical engineering major in his senior year. His work experience includes 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience with Melfred Borzall Inc, and his interests include 3D modeling, dynamic simulation, and CNC programming. This is his third year on the team.

 

 

 

 

Ryan Hart Electrical Lead

Ryan is a mechanical engineering major in his senior year. His work experience includes 6 years of professional race team car support and logistics with Flying Lizard Motorsports and a year with both the NASCAR Whelen All American and Camping World West series. His interests include data acquisition, engine management, and composite materials. This is his fourth year on the team.

 

 

 

 

Dan CiobanuDan Ciobanu Drivetrain Lead

Dan is a Mechanical Engineering major in his senior year. His current work experience includes volunteering at a junior college automotive program and designing and building several unique vehicles entered in amateur racing series. Dan's ME focus is on engine development and manufacturing. This is his second year on the team.

Terry is a mechanical engineering major in his senior year. His work experience includes 9 years in drafting and engineering supervising, and his interests include machine design and cotnrol. This is his third year on the team.
